WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges!! All sales are Final!! Exchanges only if there is an issue with your product on arrival (broken, tears, etc.).  Please keep in mind our planners are hand made with love and (there may be slight imperfections). We strive to make sure that there are no imperfections at all, but please keep this in mind. No Refunds on all digital products, all sales are Final! Also please reach out to us with visual proof. Current processing times are 2-7 business days. This does not include weekends as we are closed. Once the item ships, normal shipping times are 2-7 days via the United States Postal Service. By purchasing from Melanie L Stationery, you agree to our terms, policies, & conditions.
